“no sure why you started this protection lan for 5.50. I have been purchasing from you for over 10 years and it has never been necessary. You should be protecting your own shipments, as I would if I were shipping to you.”

“Why charge me for package protection when I clearly indicated that I didn't want it. I switched off the tab but I was still charged at checkout! I should have a choice.”
