“It's quite good, but it's takes me to the bathroom several times and reduces my weight a lot. I'm really not so happy with my weight reduction because I'm not a big person.”

“It contains a great amount of information that makes good sense. I don't think you can read it as an ordinary book as there is so much to take on board. I also think it needs to be read a number of times to fully appreciate the changes that need to be made re your eating habits. An excellent book and looking forward to seeing an improvement to my prostate in due course.”
