“Email sent out 2 days in a row saying 20% discount. Called customer service but they would not honor email discount. I still ordered because I like the product but will look into a different product before time to reorder.”

“YOur pricing model suggests that the price of onw botthle (80 US dollars) is drastically inflated and is done solely to get people to purchase multiple bottles. This is just a way of ripping people off. If you were really interested in gaining a base of happy users, you should have a resonable pricing modle so that users that want to try this product cn do so without feeling manipulated. You are one o the only compnies that uses such an obviouslyinflated one-bottle pricing.”

“I don't trust subscriptions as most I've signed up for make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel or manage. Your website is difficult because all you want is more money so buying 1 bottle of each is more difficult to accomplish and of course you charge more. My experience with your total Health supplement is that it doesn't seem to work much better than most but I'm willing to try the program even with the penalty of the added cost. I think your company would fare better if it wasn't so intent on fleecing your clients! Thanks, Joe McDonald”

“It is now Dec 2 . My order each month is suppose to be here by the 30th. It has not arrived. This is not the first time it has happened that I have run out of product. I called the last time to see if my shipping date could be moved up so this doesn’t happen but obviously you people don’t care. I pay $200 a month for product and should get better service but I don’t. It is disappointing!!!”
