“They prone a 100 days trial but you still have to pay for full merchandise earlier. Doesn't make any sense! Also, and this is definitely not clear, they will choose to charge for a 3.95 CHF fee if you send back some items. Therefore, if you return all the items they won't charge anything. Does this make any sense?! All I got were automatical answers, the return service was super slow. I asked for a QR code bill for the 3.95 CHF they are asking (while I purchased for more than 300 CHF of marchandise) but they are not able to produce such a bill. I have no idea how they manage they finance but I did find that they were not commercial at all.”

“I purchased o Jade mate that is rubs into my foot every time I do yoga at the first month! I had a jade harmony before and this happened 2 years after everyday use. I send them photos and they clam that it’s normal because of the use !!! Ooookkk”
