I have to express my frustration with this company and the way they have handled our situation. I have also noticed a sudden influx of great reviews after I posted my negative review…(very odd). After my review, I sent an email to support@berkshireconsulting.co as suggested and I also copied info@berkshireconsulting.co (email on their website) and we still have not received anything from them.
The last communication Berkshire sent me was over a week ago when they received our last “fee” payment and there has been no other communication from them. As far as their platform…on my end nothing has been updated since May 29th, 2022. Also, I submitted for a withdrawal back on May 20th, 2022 and still nothing has been received. I highly doubt that “due to the market volatility withdrawals have been slow as payments are congested on the node” that it would take over a month for a withdrawal.
Moreover, I also noticed another review mentioning “Jacob Andrews”. I am glad this person has had a positive experience with Jacob. But in my case, I have not. On several occasions, I was asked to make payments for unforeseen “fees”, and EVERY TIME, Jacob Andrews assured me I will receive my funds and still to this day nothing has been received from Berkshire. Only to then receive a message from Jacob where he stated “I have trust issues”. Nonetheless, payments were made from my end and still nothing has been received from Berkshire.
Since I have been given the runaround for the past few months, I decided to file a report with FINRA. The other Portfolio Manager we have dealt with is Cori Oliver (He claimed to have a FINRA license). After filing the report, it was found that yes there is a FINRA representative by the same name that is being impersonated by a fraudster. I brought this up to them and the last contact by Cori Oliver was back on June 1st, 2022. I have also reached out to Berkshire via several emails and they have yet to respond to my situation.
To sum it all up, in my experience with them, it has been nothing short of CATASTROPHIC. Promises were made and they have not followed through. So until I see the results that apparently others are having, I strongly believe they are not who they say they are and are taking advantage of good people/families and their money with some type of scam. I am hoping others will read this and not fall victim to these individuals and their financial SCAM.”
