“The top you sent is tiny; there’s no way it’s a 36. I’ve been ill so was unable to return within the date specified. Absolutely gutted. I’m going to have to give it to charity. 😢”

“I came in a couple of weeks ago whilst out for a walk so had on a gym outfit. I got looked up and down and was made to feel I should not be in there! After choosing to rise above this I choose a denim jacket to purchase in the sale. I then went to try on a few pairs of shoes, I was followed into the area and the assistant was very bossy and once she established that I was not interested in the clumpy ugly shoe she was trying to sell me, she then promptly snatched the shoe out of my hand and told me there was nothing in my size! I left the shop immediately and told the other assistant I would not be buying the jacket. I have never been treated so badly by a shop. This sort of behaviour is not acceptable.”
