I actually have my frustration at first since my order delivered later than I expected & take note it was a wrong item due to out of stock product that I ordered.
Rome customer service is very generous for the 25% partial refund to make it up & have my order replace to the correct order. My name is Jason. I leave reviews because I was for a favor. Do I recommend them? yes!
