“Ordered several items on November 28, 2023 for a Christmas Present, and when I did not receive any emails regarding the shipment of the items, reached out via email. Customer Service replied on December 28th stating that there had been a problem and I could either receive a refund or continue with the order. I chose to continue with the order and they emailed back that I would soon receive an email with tracking number. It is January 22, 2024 and there is no email with a tracking number. I am requesting a FULL refund. I will know later if they follow through with a refund. Do not order from them.”

“Do not purchase!!!! The product can unusable after shipping. I sent pictures of product when I opened it and they told me in order to get a full refund I would have to ship it back to China. The package came from Cedar Grove NJ. Also I had to contact them to find out about the package because I ordered it Nov 21 and I did not get it until December 28. It was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas when I purchased and that didn’t happen either. Very cheaply made products and they have the worst customer service.”

“Please do not purchase anything from this company! I'm not one to write reviews,back in September I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter and long story short it never showed up. I emailed the company on this matter and they said they can't fill the orders and recommend me to dispute it with my bank on getting a refund. I said why couldn't they give me a refund. And all they kept saying is to dispute it with my bank. My bank would not give me a refund! So out $54 dollars.”

“I ordered two items for Christmas right after Thanksgiving. I received no confirmation of order, nothing. A week later I went to dispute the charge. On December 15 one of the two items arrived. Today, over one month later, I still do not have a the second item. I have decided to pay for the second item as I received notification to pay. Here is the problem. You can’t speak to anyone here. The customer service is awful. Rather than have any more problems or dealings with this company, I will pay for an item I didn’t receive for a Christmas gift. I even provided proof where I didn’t receive one of the gifts. It would be nice if this company had a customer service policy where they actually care and respond to clients.”

“I actually have my frustration at first since my order delivered later than I expected & take note it was a wrong item due to out of stock product that I ordered. Rome customer service is very generous for the 25% partial refund to make it up & have my order replace to the correct order. My name is Jason. I leave reviews because I was for a favor. “I think at first, yes! But they provide my tracking number about 4 days after I ordered my rose gift to my mom. I also advise this company to ship the order on time! Thank you for the 15% money back due to shipping delays. Do I recommend this store? Well, Yes. I think to order from them a month prior to your event. Just Sayin!”
