“I ordered on November 15 2024 and I still have not received my package or even know where it is or when I will get it. I’m thinking this is a scam. I have been requesting a refund and am getting no where there either.”

“Haven't gotten my purchase. Been well over a month. Seems like fraud to me. You charged my credit card fast enough though. Getting no responses to multiple emails to customer service. Phone number is bogus. Are you just a fake company?”

“I made an order out in Oct 2024 for a Christmas gift and it's now December 30th and is till haven't received it. They want to refund me part of my money inst3ad of the entire amount when I had to spend more money to buy a replacement gift. The number goes to a full inbox. I wouldn't order from them ever again”

“WARNING!!! These LUXURY LIGHTS are NOT stained glass.. they are a CHEAPLY made piece of PLASTIC. They should be priced at $5.00 and thats on the HIGH side. VERY DISAPPOINTED, they were supposed to be christmas gifts. There is NO WAY I would give these things to anyone I love. DONT BUY, THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE REPRESENTED TO BE!!!! I tried to give it no starts but there website wouldnt allow me to.”

“Its a scam company! . I ordered a small microscope with a light, which doesn't work. When I called the company tied to their address, it gave a Holiday Inn in Illinois. I called the inn and they are overwhelmed with calls from disgruntled customers who either didn't recceive what they ordered or didn't get what they paid for.”

“Ordered several items on November 28, 2023 for a Christmas Present, and when I did not receive any emails regarding the shipment of the items, reached out via email. Customer Service replied on December 28th stating that there had been a problem and I could either receive a refund or continue with the order. I chose to continue with the order and they emailed back that I would soon receive an email with tracking number. It is January 22, 2024 and there is no email with a tracking number. I am requesting a FULL refund. I will know later if they follow through with a refund. Do not order from them.”

“Do not purchase!!!! The product can unusable after shipping. I sent pictures of product when I opened it and they told me in order to get a full refund I would have to ship it back to China. The package came from Cedar Grove NJ. Also I had to contact them to find out about the package because I ordered it Nov 21 and I did not get it until December 28. It was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas when I purchased and that didn’t happen either. Very cheaply made products and they have the worst customer service.”

“Please do not purchase anything from this company! I'm not one to write reviews,back in September I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter and long story short it never showed up. I emailed the company on this matter and they said they can't fill the orders and recommend me to dispute it with my bank on getting a refund. I said why couldn't they give me a refund. And all they kept saying is to dispute it with my bank. My bank would not give me a refund! So out $54 dollars.”

“Absolute scam. Paid for a customized 6 ft surfboard and received an 18 inch surfboard that wasn't even customized. Ordered versus delivered in the picture.”

“Do not use this company to purchase. I have been waiting for my mother’s gift and I ordered that in 2022. Since then I have been contacting them non-stop trying to call the phone number they provide (it does not work) I emailed them multiple times during last year and this one and have received no response.”

“They are a SCAM company. I thought that I purchased an immortal rose. I waited for over a week then emailed them. They claimed backorder. I waited a few days more, received a tracking number for an item that still has to arrive to the USPS. Whomever this is, they have no intention on fulfilling your order, only taking your money.”

“Horrible/desepive company! Especially, their customer service department. Don't fall for their risk free buying experience. I just lost $72 in shipping cost to return a poorly manufacted/broken piece of junk. Stay away from BestGiftShopper! There buying experience was a nightmare!!!!”

“I would NOT recommend this company to order anything from! I ordered a dinosaur toy kit for my grandson and I never received it. I contacted customer service and they would not refund me or resend a new one and stopped replying to me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM!!”

“My husband ordered me a really nice small crystal vase and rose for Valentine's Day. We were surprised to receive another one a few days later and get charged again. We called the company and were told if we sent it back we would get credited with the second shipment. We asked them to send us the materials we would need to send it back and not get charged for shipping. We haven't heard from them since and will never order from this place again.”
