I made an order out in Oct 2024 for a Christmas gift and it's now December 30th and is till haven't received it. They want to refund me part of my money inst3ad of the entire amount when I had to spend more money to buy a replacement gift. The number goes to a full inbox. I wouldn't order from them ever again
