I think at first, yes! But they provide my tracking number about 4 days after I ordered my rose gift to my mom. I also advise this company to ship the order on time! Thank you for the 15% money back due to shipping delays. Do I recommend this store? Well, Yes. I think to order from them a month prior to your event. Just Sayin!
