Ordered several items on November 28, 2023 for a Christmas Present, and when I did not receive any emails regarding the shipment of the items, reached out via email. Customer Service replied on December 28th stating that there had been a problem and I could either receive a refund or continue with the order. I chose to continue with the order and they emailed back that I would soon receive an email with tracking number. It is January 22, 2024 and there is no email with a tracking number. I am requesting a FULL refund. I will know later if they follow through with a refund. Do not order from them.
