“I think at first, yes! But they provide my tracking number about 4 days after I ordered my rose gift to my mom. I also advise this company to ship the order on time! Thank you for the 15% money back due to shipping delays. Do I recommend this store? Well, Yes. I think to order from them a month prior to your event. Just Sayin!”

“this item is garbage totally a scam the size is 1/4 of what's advertised i received the item it was supposed to be around 4 ft it was 18 inch x 5 inch its crazy worst of all they don't even return emails.”

“Do not use this company to purchase. I have been waiting for my mother’s gift and I ordered that in 2022. Since then I have been contacting them non-stop trying to call the phone number they provide (it does not work) I emailed them multiple times during last year and this one and have received no response.”

“They are a SCAM company. I thought that I purchased an immortal rose. I waited for over a week then emailed them. They claimed backorder. I waited a few days more, received a tracking number for an item that still has to arrive to the USPS. Whomever this is, they have no intention on fulfilling your order, only taking your money.”

“I would NOT recommend this company to order anything from! I ordered a dinosaur toy kit for my grandson and I never received it. I contacted customer service and they would not refund me or resend a new one and stopped replying to me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM!!”

“My husband ordered me a really nice small crystal vase and rose for Valentine's Day. We were surprised to receive another one a few days later and get charged again. We called the company and were told if we sent it back we would get credited with the second shipment. We asked them to send us the materials we would need to send it back and not get charged for shipping. We haven't heard from them since and will never order from this place again.”

“Ordered 3 weeks ago and according to site it should've shipped in 4 days. I sent the first email and the response I got was "item ships in 4-6 business days." There was still no tracking info even after it was promised. No response after 2nd and 3rd email. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY! I should've checked feedback first!!!!”
