“It's a scam. Bought the merchandise a month ago that was supposedly shipped a month ago yet the tracking number shows the product is still in Mainland China. Asked for a refund but completely ignored the request and kept repeating that the shipment has been shipped. Even the shipping website that gives transportation updates is dubious.”

“Do not recommend. I bought 2 deer antler Bow holders as Christmas presents. 1) Did not arrive in time even though I ordered a month in advance and paid for expedited shipping. 2) Not big enough or sturdy enough to hold even 1 bow. (It is supposed to hold 2 according to the pictures) It is being used to hold baseball caps as that is all it is big enough to do. No where on the product order/ Order Confirmation/ or receipt is product size stated. In fact the only thing that indicated size is the picture or the product holding 2 bows and the description that states it is a bow holder. I am currently trying to get a refund and have been told the best they can do is a 20% discount on a future order by there billing department. I am being told by the company website "customer service" email that I ordered the wrong size so there is nothing they can do. Still do not have a refund for a falsely advertised product”

“Horrible customer service, my item arrived and was missing several pieces. Even though that’s an error on their end, they said I had to pay to ship it back to get a refund. When I asked why they don’t provide a return label when it’s their fault they just stopped replying. Also l, the item I bought was TINY and in the picture looks bigger than the toddler sitting next to it. I thought I was buying this big plane and it was soooo tiny compared to what you think you’re getting.”

“Like all the other reviews company must be a scam. Ordered over a month ago and still nothing. They gave me a tracking number, probably fake, and said has not shipped. Blaming the carrier it seems. How can I have a tracking number if something doesn't ship. It is a china company with a Portland Oregon address. Totally mis represented. Never never again. Should of researched this company first..”

“What went wrong? Nothing went right!!! I ordered a moon lamp 6 months ago. My credit card was charged and I never got it. I sent several emails and never heard back. DO NOT order from here. It's a complete scam!”

“1st of all I had no idea they are located in China and that they were going to take so long to ship. I placed my ordered Nov, 11 it is now Dec, 9 and I have not received the item. I emailed them for an update and it's been past 24 hrs and they have yet to respond! They have terrible customer service, this company is a Joke.”

“While I eventually received the ordered merchandise (LED Butterfly Wings Glowing Cape) from this China-based company (Best Gift Shoppers @ https://bestgiftshoppers.com/), the shipment came a week later than the website assured, so it was too late for us to use in the NYC Halloween parade. Although all six of the LED-lighted capes worked, we just gave them away to friends. If any or all of them hadn't worked, the company's website (https://bestgiftshoppers.com/pages/contact-us) indicates that returns should be sent to: "6347 SE 87th Ave Portland, OR 97266". When I looked at the street view of that address on Google, "sketchy" was the first word that came to mind - I wished I had looked at that before I placed the order. In hindsight, my biggest lesson learned was that I should have chosen a merchant operating within the Amazon ecosystem that has more accountability and references on its performance. After I realized that Best Gift was not going to deliver on time, if at all, I ordered from Misi Chao offering a similar LED-lighted cape product within Amazon - I had a much better experience and quicker, on-time delivery.”

“This company must be fake, but they take real money. My son’s order was posted, card was charged same day. Got USPS tracking a couple days later that gave legitimate tracking number but when we tracked it, the USPS website stated the Post doesn’t have the package. Emailed them on day 9 with no action, no response. Emailed them again a week later to get a refund, no response. They stole money from my autistic boy and strung him along for a month before I got started.”

“I ordered an item for my 5 year old grandson's birthday. It arrived in a piece of bubble wrap - no box - just pieces sitting in the middle of bubble wrap. Of course I was unable to give him the gift and had to go out and buy something else. I will put this together and let him play with it at my home, but I am disappointed that it was not stated "no box". I am a senior citizen surviving on my social security check. It was not easy to spend $60 initially. Then having to purchase another gift was a hardship. They should be ashamed for not being honest.”

“I would have given them 5 stars but I ordered my item on March 26th and didn’t receive it until May 12th. After awhile you really start to question the company and it’s intentions. I did a lot of research and their were alot of complaints about receiving their items late and it is understandable. But I also realized that if you want a product that is out of the ordinary you are going to have to wait. Thank you for my lamp and I am sorry for the headache I put the company through.”

“One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I wrote them 4 times before I got a response. The response was nothing but a form letter and was not helpful at all. I ordered some workout clothes for my wife my wife they were way too small for her even though they should have fit her according to their description . I personally would recommend that nobody ever does business with this company again. They do not know how to do business in the United States of America. Americans expect service they expect defective products to be replaced replaced they expect clothes that are too small to be replaced with larger clothes you're close this company is nothing but a rip off”
