“The product you receive is not the product you get. If you order a sweatshirt, you will receive a cheap synthetic shirt like one you would wear at the gym. Costumer service is non existent. They will straight up ignore any email you send them.”

“This company is a fraud! I ordered two tanks from them and one is broken and the other was ordered by accident. I have tried to contact them over and over with no response (20+ emails/calls). Rip off, do not order from these people.”

“Ordered on November 13, 2021. Notified on November 17 that shipment was on its way. I was planning to have the order by Thanksgiving. As of Thanksgiving November 24, 2021, I have not received my order. I will not make that mistake again.”

“After I placed an order I emailed this company with a question and got no response. I emailed again and I again got no response. I went to thus review page and I thought after reading multiple bad reviews that I had been ripped off by a fake website. I had started to contact PayPal when my order arrived. The quality is excellent. If this company improved its communication it would be excellent.”

“I placed an order last month and it says it was shipped but no tracking is available. I’ve sent two emails with no response so don’t know where the order is. Now my granddaughter won’t get her Christmas gift.”

“Fab company. Quick delivery, absolutely GREAT PRODUCT, Magnetic eyelashes, they are better than glued and without the horrible glue marks too - I would give this product and company 6 stars if I could. THANK YOU”

“I ordered a cloak for a renaissance fair and I found that I wasn't going to get the item in time. Sent 3 emails to have my order canceled only to get no response and now it's saying that I was shipped with yet again no info. If I don't receive my item, I plan on disputing it with my bank and getting my money back. Don't make the same mistake I made.”

“I paid for a mandela "towel" through Paypal to Dan's Collectibles. When I received the product from China it was a cheap flimsy fabric with horrible trim. I asked for my money back and they couldn't find my order. I ordered through Best Shoppers. No one would return my call and emails told me it was not their order no. I ended up get my money back through a complaint filed with PayPal. I had to pay for the shipping back to them in the amount of $12.00 but at that point it was the matter of principal. The product was worth 3.00 at most.”

“Do not bother buying from this company. Wrong product sent. Ordered a grey tshirt with a lotus flower. Received a grey tshirt with a cow on it! Sent multiple emails and never received a response.”

“I have made a combo order(flowers,fruits,dry fruits) on May 8th to get it delivered on May 9th. I received an email on 9th morning saying they cannot do a delivery due to lockdown which is totally understandable and said you may cancel the order. They sent me another mail after 10 mins saying we can do a deliver but without the flowers. I said yes because it was Mother's day and didnt want to ruin the surprise so I said go ahead. The package was received in the evening and the delivery guy mixed up the order which was also fine. I get sometimes mistakes happen. But I was very very upset with the way it was delivered. The picture in the website was flowers,fruits in a basket,nuts in 4 separated compartment box, but the fruits came in a plastic cover and nuts the same way, just like how you get from the supermarket. When I checked more the package came from my local place itself and the delivery would be hardly Rs50 but they took Rs 399 and no flowers so they refunded 400 for that. They gave a WORST very upsetting experience and kinda took Rs 1800 for nothing. They have tie ups from local shops for which the delivery would not even be more than 50-60rs but they are taking around Rs 399, it's such a scam. The company asks to get in touch with support customer service who does nothing for a very disappointing customer. PLEASE NEVER buy anything from this website. GOOD FOR NOTHING.”

“Best Gift Shoppers is full of s_ _t!!!! I should have done research on them. I would have had the necessary tools to make an educated decision! On 05/06/2021 I ordered a bouquet of turquoise roses to b delivered by May 9, 2021. They were supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift. Well… guess what… today is Mother’s Day !!!No gift of flowers for my family member. If anyone is interested in initiating a CLASS action suit, COUNT ME IN!! Whomever is the jackass behind this “company” should be tarred & feathered and dragged through the streets!!!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!!”
