“The product was defective and stopped lighting up after one day. The website says 100% satisfaction guarantee but they never even responded to my emails requesting a replacement. My review on their website did not show up. I believe they are scamming people by filtering out bad reviews. The pillow is also much smaller than shown in the picture and is not worth the price at all for the actual size, especially because the light up feature doesn’t work.”

“Would give no stars if I could. Ordered items which do not work. After numerous emails I paid for return in hope of getting a refund. Today my parcel has been returned to me, returned to sender. No reply to emails. Would never use this company again.”

“The product you receive is not the product you get. If you order a sweatshirt, you will receive a cheap synthetic shirt like one you would wear at the gym. Costumer service is non existent. They will straight up ignore any email you send them.”

“This company is a fraud! I ordered two tanks from them and one is broken and the other was ordered by accident. I have tried to contact them over and over with no response (20+ emails/calls). Rip off, do not order from these people.”

“Ordered on November 13, 2021. Notified on November 17 that shipment was on its way. I was planning to have the order by Thanksgiving. As of Thanksgiving November 24, 2021, I have not received my order. I will not make that mistake again.”

“After I placed an order I emailed this company with a question and got no response. I emailed again and I again got no response. I went to thus review page and I thought after reading multiple bad reviews that I had been ripped off by a fake website. I had started to contact PayPal when my order arrived. The quality is excellent. If this company improved its communication it would be excellent.”

“I ordered a cloak for a renaissance fair and I found that I wasn't going to get the item in time. Sent 3 emails to have my order canceled only to get no response and now it's saying that I was shipped with yet again no info. If I don't receive my item, I plan on disputing it with my bank and getting my money back. Don't make the same mistake I made.”
