“I have shopped all over the internet these past several months and always had great communication until I ordered from The Best Gifts Co. I emailed them after a month when I hadn’t received my order but never heard back. Two weeks later I contacted them thru Paypal and did get a response 2 weeks layer. I finally got my order today which was another 2 weeks from that reply. I would understand if they would have let me know they were behind but there never was an explanation, just a terse reply. I will not be a returning customer.”

“This company is a scam. They have no physical address, no phone number or telephone number for contact. They only have a Gmail account. The payments go to a PayPal account. They say goods will be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. This is definitely a Chinese company out to scam unsuspecting online shoppers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Yup, must be a scam...even tho they respond right away to emails, something just doesn't add up, the tracking shows incorrect and they claim my item was mailed out 2 weeks ago...I'm not wanting products from China, so I will just dispute this transaction on my credit card. I wished I would have read these reviews first!”

“Me experience is exactly the same as others posting here. Shipping label prepared but item never picked up for delivery. After about a month, I tried to contact them. Radio silence. I disputed the credit card charge and sent email canceling order. Low and behold, order arrives a week later and after I had already bought through Amazon. Trying to contact them for return address. I have no intention to pay disputed charge.”

“Ads are deceptive. Product not even close to as advertised. Negligent shipping practices. Dishonest return policies. Unresponsive to complaints and contacts. Biggest scam company on the internet. Save your money, time and exasperation.”

“Ordered 2 remote control cars, one red and one blue. Got confirmation email for 2 red cars. Tried contacting them for 4 days, with no response at all. No phone number, just an email address. They charged my credit card immediately but I never heard from them. SCAM 100%%%”

“Do not buy from Best Gift Company. They use glitzy ads at popular online sites and make you think they are in California. Wrong! They are in China. Your order won't even be shipped to the USA for weeks. There is no way to reach them or to cancel. They will give you a false FedEx number that is never activated.”
