I have shopped all over the internet these past several months and always had great communication until I ordered from The Best Gifts Co. I emailed them after a month when I hadn’t received my order but never heard back. Two weeks later I contacted them thru Paypal and did get a response 2 weeks layer. I finally got my order today which was another 2 weeks from that reply. I would understand if they would have let me know they were behind but there never was an explanation, just a terse reply. I will not be a returning customer.
