I placed an order back in April over a hundred twenty dollars and as of today June 8th I still have not received my order! Do not recommend this company to anyone! I have one star because they do not offer half a star ! Debra Clark

Don’t bother with this company, I ordered over 4 months ago and still haven’t received the item. They don’t respond to emails. I contacted PayPal and unfortunately there guarantee wasn’t worth the effort. PayPal indicated that they were provided with a tracking number, but it doesn’t exist according to Australia post. Stay away from Bestbuy.vip and DONT rely on PayPal.

I ordered a 4 pack of underwear. They took the punt from me but never sent me what I had ordered. There’s no number to call or email address. It’s a scam. Save your money

i ordered a pedometer for valentines day for my wife that had a set of bluetooth headphones in it. now 2 months later i have no product and no response from the company from 2 different emails that i have sent to them. bad business.

I ordered from them four months age!!!!! Freaken scammers. Took my money from my pay pal and I never recieved anything. Please don't but from them . !!!!

I accidentally ordered 3 items and meant to only order 2. Customer service was very quick to change the order to 2, but said they would not credit my account for the 3rd piece until I verified I only received 2. I have verified this multiple times. They refuse to credit my account and even have sent something to me saying they did, however they. Did. Not. Terrible company. TRUST ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible company I ordered my item January 26th, haven't received it yet after I called PayPal to get my money back and the contacted them I got a email with a tracking number saying it was on the way I haven't looked at tracking number if I don't receive it by March 11th PayPal will issue my refund DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

TERRIBLE. Do not order from them. It took 6 weeks to receive the order which arrived 10 days after Christmas. They blamed it on USPS but they didn't even mail it until December 24. I asked for a return and they said they would give me 20% off if I kept it. I said no, how do I return it. Then they ignored my emails - twice. I ended up keeping the stuff because I am pretty sure they would not give me my money back.

Seems I am having the same exact issues as others. In short, bought toy from Best Gifts. Arrived later than expected, but get this: when I complained that when tracking for delivery I noted it was at a station just 45 min from me and had stayed there over a week, the toy was delivered the very afternoon that I complained! Turns out toy quit working the day we used it. Since then it’s been me nonstop asking how to return the toy for a refund (per their 90 day return policy you have to ask for info). One response was to please take a video so they can see what it’s doing. I said no because this is already packed back up ready to return. Since then NO RESPONSES to emails. Ripoff company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Nightmare of a company. I ordered Induction Crystal Ball for child. Ball and charging cord intact but in ripped-open package upon arrival weeks after expected. No instructions. Ball did not lift upon charging, just sat in my hand like a Christmas ornament. Best Gifts does not answer phone. I began corresponding with Best Gifts with request for return and refund. First email from Best Gifts: "Issues like this can happen. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it." I wrote back, saying "You've got to be kidding." Best Gifts responded with request for image and video of product. I sent photo, did not send video as there was nothing to video -- just a crystal ball doing nothing. They responded that they "would really like" to help me. But they say: "We will need a video to check if the product is working at all. This will also help us assess the situation and look for the best possible solution for the issue." I responded: "Give me a break." Video would be of ball doing nothing. No response to that yet. Also no explanation for website's "90 day free return policy." We're talking only a small amount of money here, but clearly, this is a company people should steer clear of.

Ridiculous. Ordered Dec 9. Said it would arrive in 5-10 days. It shipped 14 days later on December 23rd and arrived January 4. They tried to blame it on the post office. Returned everything without opening the box. We will see if the refund goes through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Awful customer service. After the order was placed, money taken out of my account, and no confirmation that the product was shipped i reached out 3 times. I jut want to know if it has shipped or not and all i get is " the tracking number will be available in the nearest few days" or "please wait for a few days until the number starts showing the updates". WHAT number?? I have yet to receive a number 8 days later!! No mater how you phrase the question it doe snot get answered. therefore i will be disputing this with the credit card. It is unacceptable to take people money and not deliver or even be able to provide an update.

Having a terrible experience with customer service. I was sent 2 identical toys which contained 2 manuals that have nothing to do with the brand ordered. I tried to call, e-mail, even video the problem but have gotten no response. The toys arrived in crushed packages as well. This was a waste of money! I see I am not alone!

Since the day the item arrived, I’ve been trying to return. A couple emails back and forth. No information how to do this. Each email says to regift the item. When you order it says you can return; but I haven’t been successful. Don’t use this company. They have set response emails and never answer your direct question. Very frustrating —total waste of hard earned money!!

Personalised Coloured pencils and Hb pencils. A very poor product compounded by the fact that we recieved only 17 of the 24 coloured pencils and only 2 of the 6 Hb's. Despite pointing this out over two weeks ago, we have still not receievd the full order. ALSO The case is advertised as 30cm wide to take a 30cm ruler. IT DOES NOT as all 30cm rulers have a small margin and it will not fit in the case unless the material is stretched which for a child would not last a week! Hands down the worst company I have ever used on the internet. Zero communication, missed delivery by a week and counting. Don't answer phones and don't respond to emails. Never use the Best Gift Company.

Avoid this company. Ordered a bracelet for valentines and paid extra for faster delivery which should have guaranteed it reaching me in time. It wasn't dispatched before valentines and I had no response to my emails until after valentines when they claimed there had been a problem with my payment. I'd paid by PayPal and it showed in my PayPal account as being sent. Eventually lodged a PayPal claim and got my money back. Found the same item on amazon for less and it was delivered hassle free.

I ordered an necklace over a week ago and paid extra for royal mail 2-3 day delivery. Tried phoning company repeatedly no reply. e-mailed no reply. Not sure if this company even exists? Avoid!!!!
