Seems I am having the same exact issues as others. In short, bought toy from Best Gifts. Arrived later than expected, but get this: when I complained that when tracking for delivery I noted it was at a station just 45 min from me and had stayed there over a week, the toy was delivered the very afternoon that I complained! Turns out toy quit working the day we used it. Since then it’s been me nonstop asking how to return the toy for a refund (per their 90 day return policy you have to ask for info). One response was to please take a video so they can see what it’s doing. I said no because this is already packed back up ready to return. Since then NO RESPONSES to emails. Ripoff company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
