Nightmare of a company. I ordered Induction Crystal Ball for child. Ball and charging cord intact but in ripped-open package upon arrival weeks after expected. No instructions. Ball did not lift upon charging, just sat in my hand like a Christmas ornament. Best Gifts does not answer phone. I began corresponding with Best Gifts with request for return and refund. First email from Best Gifts: "Issues like this can happen. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about it." I wrote back, saying "You've got to be kidding." Best Gifts responded with request for image and video of product. I sent photo, did not send video as there was nothing to video -- just a crystal ball doing nothing. They responded that they "would really like" to help me. But they say: "We will need a video to check if the product is working at all. This will also help us assess the situation and look for the best possible solution for the issue." I responded: "Give me a break." Video would be of ball doing nothing. No response to that yet. Also no explanation for website's "90 day free return policy." We're talking only a small amount of money here, but clearly, this is a company people should steer clear of.
