Me experience is exactly the same as others posting here. Shipping label prepared but item never picked up for delivery. After about a month, I tried to contact them. Radio silence. I disputed the credit card charge and sent email canceling order. Low and behold, order arrives a week later and after I had already bought through Amazon. Trying to contact them for return address. I have no intention to pay disputed charge.
