The product was defective and stopped lighting up after one day. The website says 100% satisfaction guarantee but they never even responded to my emails requesting a replacement. My review on their website did not show up. I believe they are scamming people by filtering out bad reviews. The pillow is also much smaller than shown in the picture and is not worth the price at all for the actual size, especially because the light up feature doesn’t work.
