“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely warrants one. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this bathroom supply and fitting company. The project dragged on far longer than promised, with constant delays and no clear communication, which made the whole process incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, the quality of the work is simply unacceptable. The finish is poor, attention to detail is lacking, and it is nowhere near the standard that was advertised or promised. It honestly feels rushed and careless.
I had a clear vision for my bathroom and trusted this company to bring it to life, especially given the high price I paid. Instead, the end result looks nothing like what I had in mind and falls well below expectations. Paying such a premium, I expected a professional, high-quality outcome but I was left completely disappointed.
Overall, this was a stressful, overpriced, and deeply frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company.”

“Reviewing for my mum. Fits wrong pump twice then uses excuse after excuse not to rectify this. Ignores contacts. After 1 year of excuses finally sent someone else to fit a pump, which is hopefully the correct one. Paid £190 extra for the type of pump that should have been fitted in the 1st place. Lack of knowledge and when things go wrong a lack of customer service”
