“The products are good, and Customer service is also good. However, I never receive the tracking number. I always receive emails that confirm my order, an email telling me about the routing service with a routing number, and I receive an email informing me that my order is being prepared for shipping, and that's it. I never get an email that provides the shipped date or tracking number. I would like to get an email that includes the shipped date, and most importantly, the tracking number.”

Hey Donna Thanks for your input on this, your tracking should be automated. You should be getting emails when we ship, when your order is in transit and when it is delivered. I will be keeping a close on on your orders until we resolve this issue. It seems to be isolated to you, so we will need to collaborate on getting to the bottom of this one. “Phenomenal looking bud! I got the CBD green apple strain and it pairs so nicely with everything I have. The customer service seems phenomenal and the packing was on point. I also thought writing the customers name on the bag was a nice touch.”

“Just got started with them but I’m impressed. Their jungle sherb strain is bonkers out of this world and the dosi dos isn’t far behind. Waiting on some mendo from them and i bet it’s gonna be good. I’ve been smokin herb since 1982 and it’s a great era we live in where it just falls at our doors!!!! Amen…”

“I really haven't tried this strain sufficiently enough yet as I don't smoke daily. But enjoyed the smell when I opened the mylar, and from what I've sampled so far had a good experience. Came with a small Bodevia packet to keep it just right. Thanks.”
