“ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS COMPANY
I have never experienced such poor service from a flight booking company.
I booked my flights for £1,195.34 and received a confirmation for the booking. Before booking, I specifically spoke to a customer service representative and made it very clear that £1,195.34 was the final price I was willing to pay and that I did not want any problems or additional charges afterwards. I was assured that everything was fine and that there was nothing to worry about.
Then, just one day later, they contacted me and suddenly demanded around £2,000, claiming that there were not enough seats available.
This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I checked the flight myself and there were plenty of seats still showing as available. So I do not understand why I was being asked to pay such a huge additional amount after my booking had already been confirmed.
Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel. To make matters even worse, they charged me £338 for the cancellation.
I then booked the exact same tickets with another company for only £1,360.45. This shows just how unreasonable their demand for £2,000 was.
I feel that I was completely let down after being given a confirmed booking and reassurance by customer service. The whole experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time and cost me £338 in cancellation charges.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I would never use this company again and I strongly recommend that other customers think twice before booking with them.

“I wish I could give zero stars!! ⭐ I normally do not take the time to leave bad reviews about businesses, but I feel strongly that other travelers need to know about our experience with Best Ticket Fare.
My mother’s flight was cancelled yesterday due to weather conditions. Because the cancellation was weather-related, she had to return home and contact Best Ticket Fare to have her flight rebooked for a later date.
The original tickets cost us over $600. When we called to rebook, we were initially told we would have to pay almost half of what we had already paid. A “supervisor” eventually got on the phone and said they could settle it for approximately $302.
We were in the process of completing the transaction when my mother’s phone died. As soon as her phone was charged, approximately 30 minutes later, she called back. We were then told that they could not complete the transaction at that time and that someone would call us back within 12 hours…Nobody called!!
When WE called back, we were suddenly told that the amount was now over $700. I asked why we were being quoted more than twice the amount we had just been told to pay, especially when we had been instructed that someone would call us back within 12 hours. The response was essentially, “That’s the price.”This is completely unacceptable!
I understand that airline fares and rebooking fees can change, and I understand that weather cancellations can create complicated situations. What I do NOT understand is quoting a customer one amount, failing to follow up as promised, and then telling the customer they now have to pay hundreds more when they call back.
When I told the representative that I would dispute the charge with my bank and report my experience to the Better Business Bureau, his response was essentially that I could go ahead…So I am.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. A cheap fare is not worth it if you end up dealing with this kind of customer service and unpredictable pricing when something goes wrong.
I am posting this because I would hate for another person especially an older traveler to be put through the same situation.Save yourself the headache. Book directly with the airline whenever possible.!!”
“Definitely a bait and switch company. Plus, you won't even get your tickets, if it at all, until 72 hours before the flight, which means you can't even really make plans because the tickets may not be issued at all.”

“This site is a scam. They wanted to charge another $350 for one bag to fly round trip. The ticket only cost $190 to start. The customer service representative was yelling at me and telling me to listen to her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They need to be investigated by the BBB and shut down.”
“Stay away from this site. I got careless and didn't read any of the policies I just saw a good price and booked it. Of course it was my fault for being careless however there is not way to cancel even after calling them within 5 min of booking.
So now I have to hope the flight with all these restrictions works for me when I travel.

I just had this happen to me. They have called me several times to try to make me afraid that they ticket is in jeopardy even though the transaction has happened between spirit and myself. they are harassing me.”
“DONT TRUST THIS AGENCY VERY BIG SCAMMERS they try to trap people by selling cheap tickets but then don't issue ticket. When you call them to ask about the ticket they tell you to call tomorrow and try to avoid you. They show low price on their website on purpose. My husband booked ticket for 2 persons with them but they didn't issue e ticket after 24 hours. Fortunately my husband was alert he called to bank to cancel his transaction. They were asking extra money because supposedly the ticket he bought was price of 1 person only. At first the had excuse that the ticket is on hold once payment go through they ask for more money. Don't trust this website.”

They nearly tried to scam us. When we tried to book it said payment cancelled and then they said they would send us link in order to pay for the flights. We didn't end up going through because we thought it was dodgy.They started calling us multiple times just be aware of this website. BE AWARE”
“This website needs to be shut down, it’s nothing but a scam. We called the bank to make sure any and all charges were cancelled. They are harassing us, calling multiple times a day, calling saying we owe more money and that we are not allowed to take luggage and we have to have it shipped to our destination.”

I contacted my credit card company and cancelled my card at once. While canceling my booking with them, the guy said they had to charge me the air tickets, as they booked it for me.
