I loved the clothes. Shipping is super quick. Packaging is very nice. The prices are a bit high but thats really my only complaint. The customer service has been awesome with any questions or returns I had. I will continue to shop here and I recommend this place to all.

I feel if you have more variety in your models that would help with a lot of the back-and-forth returns and mailings because outfits aren’t always presented in the best way for the majority of people.

Love this place! The clothes are awesome. As with any clothing item sizing will run differently from brand to brand. It is hit and miss anywhere on sizing not just here. Exchanges and returns are so easy. The customer service is amazing. Its nice having it local for pickup too as sometimes I just cant wait for my stuff to come. So impressed with this company. Love this place and definitely will be back over and over. Thank you!

I love your BBB Set Box, but the new returns program is turning me away from continuing my subscription. In the past, you only paid for what you kept, but the new subscription you pay for upfront for all items, which isn't a problem, but you don't receive a refund for the returned items only online store credit that expires.
