“I was excited to buy a Kitchen from Better Kitchens as my brother in law buys kitchens from them for property redevelopment. However after making the purchase of the kitchen communication was poor. When the kitchen was installed the latest plan they had sent me did not match the units numbering order. This lead to my kitchen fitters installing the kitchen wrong in areas. Better Kitchens did not then help me to resolve the issue instead we're keen to absolve themselves. I then had to chase them a number of times to fine out where the missing ( delayed) front were. 3 months later I am still waiting for glass shelves. The laminate units also scratch easily. To be fair to Better Kitchens they have asked for more details as I imagine they now a more senior staff member involved he is willing to help, but it's all a little too late.”
“Superb Service from start to finish, we love our new kitchen and the service received from Better Kitchens made the whole design, order, delivery and minimal errors a very smooth process.
We started our discussion with Matt in the office and talked through design ideas, placed the order and was delivered on time as advised, the contact was great! We did have a couple of issues (missing plinths and needed to order some replacement doors) this was all handled by Mark in after sales, again contact was excellent always calling when he said he would, and helping to get the issues resolved.

“We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the units we had ordered, as were the joiners who fitted them. As we were unable to buy the ready made carcases we were abit worried on how things would work out, but they went together fine. We had a couple of issues with doors but we're resolved pretty swiftly. The order was made as the quotes given by other companies were alot more expensive and the l would of had to of compromised on the type of units. I would not hesitate buying again from better kitchens or recommending them to others.”

We had a lot of support in designing our kitchen, including really helpful email and phone conversations with an expert who produced a suggestion of how it could look based on the room dimensions and then suggested parts which we had forgotten to order while looking at our basket order! We ordered the cupboards already built which saved a lot of work and Better Kitchens were easy to contact and extremely accommodating when there were queries to resolve. We now have a very smart kitchen which has cost us a fraction of what it would have done at other kitchen shops. I would highly recommend this company.”

The carpenter said because of the quality, its made his job a lot easier and it was fitted in a day. Finally - great customer service. “Bought and installed back in February just never got round to writing a review until now. Initially was nervous about buying a kitchen via the net without seeing it first however, after seeing all the excellent reviews I went for it. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. The build quality and finish was better than some of kitchens I had seen locally. Everyone who has seen it have commented about the excellent quality. The mother-in-law now wants me to replace her kitchen so I will be in touch. Just a couple of pointers:
1. The 900mm corner cabinet is flat packed due to size, some assembly instructions would have been useful.
2. The sliding mechanism for the pull out larder could be smoother. With all the weight on the bottom mechanism It just feels like it’s going to break. I’m sure it won’t.
It won’t stop me buying again, I will just go with the larder with pull out draws instead.”
