The problem was the 4m top rail was bent on the back of the lorry with the way it had been stacked with other packages on top of it. Removed the packaging and it had a big kink in it. Driver said he would note it down. Haven’t heard anything since.
The 4 upright rails were all bent and twisted along the seen edges. So have to say very disappointed.”
