“Was referred to Bettersafe by Money Maxim as they quoted well for car excess insurance. Bettersafe, on their website confirmed policy number and said all policy documents would be e-mailed. After 48 hours such e-mail has not been received despite an intermediate chaser sent to them. They have been happy to take my money for the premium.”
