“I bought a diamond bracelet for my partner and unfortunately it was little big for her hand and i came back for resize they told me 300$ for this.
You shouldn’t charge your customers for any resizing if it’s your product. Really disappointed”

“Not that impressed really … I purchased diamond earrings for my daughter’s 21st birthday and they have arrived in a necklace box ! I contacted Bevilles and was told that is the boxes everything comes in … they are not presented very well and at a loss as to where I will find a nice earring box to put them in for her special day”
“The ammount of time it took for shipping was beyond a joke the present did not make it in time for my daughters 17th birthday things that I had purchased 2 weeks after this order came before this did absolutely not acceptable. “I ordered a baby bracelet for my grand daughter’s 1st birthday with 6 business days for delivery plus I paid express post.
Day before birthday I enquired why I hadn’t received bracelet and was advised it was out of stock on online store and would take 1-5 business days for delivery from date of purchase!?!? . They offered a refund but I wanted this for her birthday.
It should have been marked out of stock the day I ordered it or at least contacted within a day or two.
My postage was reimbursed and I received the bracelet a week after her birthday.

“The items themselves, I have no problem with. It was the customer service and lack of communication that I found frustrating from Brevilles. I do believe that if you are going to change your system, the customer should be updated with any changes not have to reach out themselves.”
