“Absolutely terrible service!!!! We took 12 months plan with them and had a repair booked this morning. Spent 3h on hold to their customer services just to hear that engineer cancelled as no one was at the property where he didn't even call the door panel as I was waiting for him since 8am. I had one missed call on my mobile from a private number, obviously couldn't call him back and spent 40mins to get through customer services just to hear they can't get through to engineer and he can't come back today. I was promised to be transferred to "someone who can help" and was placed on hold again for probably another hour. Absolutely useless!!!!!!”
