1. Wrong size of our label, we approved the artwork and size 2.5 x 2.5 cm, turned our all labels are rectangle
2. Poorly sew of our label
3. Colour of the printing are bad quality and super off
4. Poor customer service
5. We ordered this lot of bags for our event and we did emphasis on the quality. Now, they ruined our event as we don’t have any souvenir to our guests who come to our event”
