“I made almost $100 order that I was not impressed with despite how much I wanted to be. I tried emailing them at the different addresses that I found & since Dec., all the emails came back saying "the email address you tried does not exist". WTF kind of customer service is that?!? I tried just 1 of the vape flavors which is mint, thinking it'd be easiest flavor to accomplish, right? Nope! It's gross & makes me nervous to even try the delicious dessert options. Lesson learned and will NOT ever order from them again....”
“I have written to this company twice and I never got a response. I have made about 4 or 5 purchases from this company and the product is the best but I gotta give u a zero for customer service. I ordered from you on April 2nd my order was not shipped until the 6th but I was charged 7$ to receive the package in 1 to 3 days and it has been 6 days.”
