“One of the best service I have come across in Manchester in terms of facility and customer service. Staff in live chat will provide all the relevant information you need to know followed by emailing you the chat transcript so you don’t have to worry about missing any details. At the storage, Assistant Manager Daniel showed me the storage facility and explained the security measures they employ to ease my mind and Donna assisted in resolving a billing issue in a very efficient manner and on my check out day, the remaining one day charge was refunded straightaway without any hassle. What I also like is that they always try to call you or reply by phone first on the same day and only if you are unable to pick up, then they send you an email. A personal touch. Moreover the van company recommended by them was the only one who replied on the same day though no available slot. Other three from Check A Trade did not return email/call. I can tell this company has good facilities, a good customer service system in place plus excellent staff. For sure will go back.”
