“An awful scam company. I bought 12 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with 2 extra months, and received 6 months, after a 6 hour wait and a couple of emails.
I immediately contacted them, and was asked to provide screenshots, so I did.
They then dismissed it and blamed it on me saying I must have had an active subscription. I didn't.
I protested and they then asked for a video of my Microsoft account if you can believe that! I provided the video, they saw that one of the keys they had sent me was invalid, then blamed Microsoft! They are currently refusing to help me, refusing to refund me or provide me with the other 8 months and telling me to contact Microsoft!
I would avoid this site and use a competitor, they are scammers.”
