“Very Disappointed as the item was Not Delivered on time as per description.
The convenience of paying and having the item delivered as next day delivery was for me very important as I was travelling.
Unfortunately due to the item not being dispatched on time as stated this lead to not receiving it for my journey as intended.
Although Communication was made & I was refunded the cost of the next day delivery it is simply not good enough.
I would suggest in future if you can not dispatch or deliver your items as stated ( Next day delivery) in this case then to inform the customer before sending it.
This is the reasoning for my rating.”

However I had problems with delivery, (parcel went missing), this couldn't be attributed to bikeparts in any way as it was all down to their courier. That said, I can only say how impressed I was with the support bikeparts gave me in sorting this all out.
