As we discussed on the phone, we have CCTV cameras at all packing stations and barcode scans on all products to prevent issues like these occuring. We asked if the box was opened or had any damage before looking into the CCTV footage. As you confirmed that the box was all in tact and delivered in the exact state as when we sent it out, we continued to review the cameras. Everything was present when the order left us leading us to believe that everything did in fact arrive.

I can see that your order was sent on the 7th and arrived on the 11th, i appreciate this is longer than the expected delivery time on 48hr service, however this is not a guarantee and occasionally in some extreme cases Royal Mail may take a day or two longer.
