Been 11 days and a still waiting for my item, they sent it out twice with no number on address so been returned twice. Today it was meant to be delivered to local post office and item has been returned again.

Hi, Thank you for your review, The reason this was sent out with no house number was down to the address not being filled out correctly when the order was placed. Our shipping label is created using the exact information provided by yourself which was unfortuantely an incorrect address. This was then rectified by another being sent, before the incorrectly addressed parcel got back to us. This was done as a gesture of good will to get you back on your bike as soon as possible. We feel we have done our best to rectify an issue that was not made by ourselves.

Unfortunately brake is not wide enough for my 25mm Knight Composite TLA50 rims , very odd??

After receiving the wrong part and returning it for a refund, I was told I would have to pay more to purchase the same part because they had put it at the wrong price.

I spent over £180 front mech was left out of box got accused on phone of being dis honest said they had footage of it going in box but still never recieved and no refund.

Hi, As we discussed on the phone, we have CCTV cameras at all packing stations and barcode scans on all products to prevent issues like these occuring. We asked if the box was opened or had any damage before looking into the CCTV footage. As you confirmed that the box was all in tact and delivered in the exact state as when we sent it out, we continued to review the cameras. Everything was present when the order left us leading us to believe that everything did in fact arrive.

Hi, I can see that your order was sent on the 7th and arrived on the 11th, i appreciate this is longer than the expected delivery time on 48hr service, however this is not a guarantee and occasionally in some extreme cases Royal Mail may take a day or two longer. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

When I ordered the bolts from your web site it said that there would be three supplied - was very disappointed to only receive a single bolt - will not be using again

I emailed 3 times to advise I had ordered the part in error but you still sent it. I am keeping it so I do not have the cost of returning it. As you did not respond to my initial issues I will not be inclined to use you again.
