“The first order with bike parts .co.uk, Ordered on the 7th of December, the order was processed on the 9th of December and now 10 days later and still no sign of the order. No more to say other than very poor service.”

Our apologies there are currently delays on a number of packages progressing through Royal Mail, due to recent and ongoing industrial action, we are finding a higher number of packages taking longer than normal to work through the Royal Mail network and be delivered.

“Ordered tyres on 9th December. Received message to say on their way. It’s 17th December and still no delivery. Tracking says “inbound parent and child at depot” and I have no idea what this means! Emailed bikeparts twice but no reply. Pretty frustrated.”
