“2-7 business days delivery. It's now the evening of the 8th business day and still no goods. The money of course left my account the day after the order was made (with the website crashing as I clicked to pay). Bikeparts emailed me on 7 December to say the goods were on their way. They did so again on 14 December. One of those emails is therefore a lie. I need this for meeting up and exchanging presents with my mountain biking brother in 2 days' time. He'll no doubt hand me over a bag full of great stuff. I'll only have a hard luck story for him.”

Our apologies there are currently delays on a number of packages progressing through the Royal mail network, due to recent and ongoing industrial action, we are finding a higher number of packages taking longer than normal to work through the Royal Mail network and be delivered.
We would expect this to arrive within the next 2-5 working days of course if nothing arrives please let us know and we will investigate further,
