“For their part Bikeparts responded very quickly and had dispatched the item the same day and when received the items were as ordered. However, the courier Evri/Hermes they chose were suspect. The item should have been delivered on the Saturday, but eventually came Wednesday. I don't mind if something takes a few days to be delivered, but I do not like uncertainty, and their delivery information was ambiguous. Their website says they are "cheap". I would like to pay a bit more to have certainty and would rather have it delivered by a British company rather than one owned by a US based private equity company.”

“I dont often write reviews but after reading some negative reviews for this company i felt i had to give my opinion of them. I ordered a thru axle fixing nut late evening on the the 9th sep had several conformation emails and was delivered promptly on the 13th a total of 4 days with excellent communication. Unfortunately i had ordered the wrong item i phoned to see if they had the correct one but unfortunately they didn't so i posted back the item and received email to inform me that they had received it back and a refund was issued immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better service from a company and would definitely recommend and use them again. 1st class service from a great company.”
“Can't really comment as due to the courier they use being EVRI, i use the term courier very lightly I've still not yet received my order and if past experience is anything to go by i probably never will.”

“My bike unfortunately no longer functioned and I needed a new wheel. BikeParts was recommended to me so I paid especially for 1-2 working day delivery so that I wouldn’t have to pay the extortionate tube fare to get to work. Whilst I ordered on the 15th September, my order did not arrive until 23rd September. Whilst the Monday was a bank holiday, I would have expected it arrive earlier. I also emailed to ask for an update on my parcel as I hadn’t received any updates by the 21st with no response. Overall, This resulted in me emailing requesting a refund for my delivery fee and I’m still yet to hear anything back to any of my emails. Furthermore, the use of Evri as a delivery service is also terrible. I took a day off work to receive my parcel on the 22nd (eventually) and I was told there was a problem delivering my parcel despite me being in the house all day and not once did anyone turn up. Overall, terrible service.”
