“I was really torn over what rating to give. On the one hand I bought a Park Tool cable cutter for a very good price that was delivered very quickly. However, this was strongly tempered against my inability to find suitable brake cables either through search or facetted filtering. Those that I did find often had very poor descriptions. I tried phoning up but got a fairly ambivalent bloke on the phone who simply said that they sell hundreds of lines and didn't know, he obviously had no expertise at all on bike maintenance (it would have been really helpful if he'd put someone on who did).
So, I got what I was after to fix my brakes very easily but I was frustrated in my attempts to actually buy the cables. Needless to say I went to a large competitor to buy the cables after wasting a lot of time.”
“Genuine supplier selling genuine kit at great value prices! I made the most of the the black friday sale and got a great bargain. My order was confirmed promptly and although I was confused by a second confirmation from the Royal Mail saying that my order from the "Woolly Hat Shop" was en route, then delayed due to strike action, I was delighted to receive my bargain well packaged and exactly as ordered even if later than expected. Haven't yet had chance to test out my Park Tool torque wrench but I would certainly use Bike Parts for future purchases.”
