“Candice Charron - Professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. In the last two years I have both purchased and sold a condo using Candice as my realtor. In both instances Candice went about her business with the utmost professionalism & poise. As a buyer I had a lengthy list of requirements with a budget that didn't match my tastes. Candice was so patient, months into the process she even talked me out of a purchase that with hindsight would likely have been a mistake. It turns out that she researched that property better than I did! The condo I did end up purchasing exceeded my best expectations at below what I had budgeted for.
