“Persistence and perseverance definitely paid off for BillBuddy and me. My previous energy supplier had given good service but Nick at BillBuddy was able to save me a decent sum by switching to Scottish Power, Well done BillBuddy!”

“All seems very easy. I have some concerns about my Smart meter. It appears to be a Pipit 500 Secure? I also have not been with Shell Energy for long & this week I received a notification that my Direct Debit was increasing by about £40 a month despite being assured when signing up that this would not happen. I'm sure you can understand why I am sceptical. As a pensioner I am searching for the best deal & I hope Bill buddies can help, so far so good from what I have learnt!!”
