I ordered an item costing £90, I received a completely different item worth £20 at most.
I contacted billmo to inform them of the mistake and they admitted that it was a shipping error on their part.
Apparently the item is no longer in stock so they then said I should keep the item they had sent me and they would refund 38% of my costs.
I have been battling with them ever since and the best I can get them to agree to is either I return the item at my expense and get a full refund or I keep the item and get a 50% refund.
I clearly should not have to pay for their shipping issues.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SITE it is not a UK company - the item I received came from China.”
