“1) they won't authorize a return because the box has been opened and the packaging has been tossed. Never used. Too heavy can't even lift. Too big for a car camper. Too glamping style and overall..maybe a rich man's toy but a reg fire pit in the ground is easier and cheaper.”

“I contacted the company after purchasing a fire pit, no reply from them. The item did not work as it was advertised, smokeless. The heat it emitted was also poor we had to sit over it to benefit and then stunk of smoke. It also burnt the grass under it much to the annoyance of the site owner .”
