“1st they're not going to listen to you I'm taking make a payment. Spend the next 3 days sending them stuff and when you're frustrated and you say cancel everything Then they want to talk to you that was my experience. I needed about 5000 C d's made but I only decided to do 500 thank God I got my money back. I chose down because I I found a review that was saying they did a good job but that wasn't a case. So don't hire them based on a review. I sent them the money and the file and then when they said they can't find the file I said send me back to money. It's the worst experience of my life and I'm on my ninth album.”
“Terrible company with difficult rude unprofessional staff. Owner yelled at me staff yelled at me secretary was very passive aggressive. They messed up my order. Jt was a very important order. Their employees talk to you as if you work for them. They are not thorough in their work. Very unprofessional fly-by-night company I would not recommend using them I recommend day lock the building up and lease it out to people who are in business to make money.”
