“My experience with this company was quite unpleasant and I would advise against using their services. I gave them a rating of 1 star due to their mistreatment of me. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my booking because of my son's medical issue and only received a partial refund. Despite reaching out to them multiple times for help, I did not receive any assistance. Thankfully, I discovered Mortontech | org who were able to help me get a full refund. It's disheartening to know that this company may not have the best intentions towards their customers. However, I was able to find a new place to stay and move on from this experience.”
