“I would not recommend using this airline.
They have left me stranded in the Charlotte, NC airport both times I used them.
The first time we were heading to FL for a cruise and left to spend the night in the airport with no options. We had to sit in rockers all night.
The second time, we were delayed out of NYC so they rebooked us on a later flight. We checked in at gate and had the agent reprint our new boarding pass. We sat and waited to board for 3 hours. We went to board and our boarding pass didn’t work! The agent said, oh, we sold your seats, go see customer service for help!!!! There was a line across the terminal for customer service and gate agent that sold our confirmed seats refused to help us.
We had to rent a car to get home and drive 10 hours home!! Unacceptable!
She. I asked for a refund since they sold my seat, the refunded $16 as a “courtesy”. Outrageous and likely illegal what they did to us.
That gate agent likely took a bribe to sell our seats right from under our nose.”
