Bitsails stopped any communication with me, and ignores/deletes all of my messages.
They stole over $1,000 worth of DOGE from me 4 months ago.

For over a month now they are refusing to process my DOGE withdrawal without any reasonable explanation at all.
Support keeps talking nonsense such as accusing me of hacking their system (they can simply query the database to see that it was not the case), asking me what my email is (as if they do not know what my email is), saying that the wallet is under maintenance (while at the same time they are giving away few DOGE in their giveaways), promising that they will process the withdrawal by the end of the day (but it has been weeks and they never did) etc.
They are running me in circles.
I SUGGEST DO NOT DEPOSIT MORE MONEY THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE, YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT BACK FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
EDIT:
I am temporarily removing the previously written accusation, they might simply be incompetent and possibly have bugs in their system (fairly new exchange) which resulted in me not getting my money back. I can understand that projects in alpha stage can have bugs, so that is fine as long as they fix any bugs and process my withdrawal soon.
