“Looking back, I probably should have dug a little deeper into the company. Maybe then I would’ve spotted some of the issues I later encountered. But once I filed my complaint, FRSRINC .COM surprised me. They responded sincerely, took ownership, and acted fast. The refund I received last week felt like a weight off my shoulders—and a sign that they truly care about customer satisfaction.”
